Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. While reactions to medication are rare, we carefully monitor you throughout your infusion. Our team is trained and ready to respond to any concerns or reactions right away.

Before you leave, we’ll go over the signs and symptoms to watch for after your treatment, so you’ll know what’s normal and when to reach out for help.

Infusion therapy is usually very safe, but some patients may have mild side effects from the medication. Before your treatment, our team will talk with you about what to expect and how to manage any symptoms. During your infusion, we’ll keep a close eye on you to make sure you’re comfortable and feeling well.

A referral from your physician is necessary to begin treatment at ArrIVe Infusion Therapy. We’ll work with your doctor for any necessary information. We'll also handle work with your insurance to get prior authorization before scheduling your infusion. Most patients are scheduled quickly after receiving a doctor’s referral, depending on insurance processing. Contact our team to get started today!

Our grand opening is May 5th, 2025. At that time, we will be open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest to keep you company during your appointment.

We'll make sure you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. During your first visit, you can expect:

  • A health assessment to learn about your specific needs.
  • A detailed explanation of your treatment, including potential side effects and how to manage them.
  • Your infusion therapy in a private, cozy room with a comfortable chair, warm blankets, snacks, and drinks.

You can relax with your favorite TV show, take a nap, or simply enjoy the quiet atmosphere while we take care of everything. We’ll answer your questions and set clear expectations for your care moving forward.

Treatment times vary depending on the medication. Infusions typically last 30 minutes to several hours, and some may include a short monitoring period afterward. We’ll let you know what to expect before your appointment.

Yes, we do! We’ll contact your provider and help them secure prior authorization from your insurance. Reach out to our team for more information or to request a referral.

Yes! At ArrIVe Infusion Therapy, we want to make sure you get the care you need without worrying about costs. Our team is here to help with insurance, lower out-of-pocket expenses, and find financial support options for you. Here’s how we can help:

If we receive an inquiry from a potential patient, ArrIVe will contact the patient’s physician to obtain an order for infusion and connect with the patient’s insurance to obtain authorization. We will then schedule an infusion appointment directly with the patient.

Your eligibility depends on your condition, treatment, and insurance coverage. Talk with your healthcare provider or reach out to our team to see if we’re the right fit for your care. We provide infusion and injection therapies for a wide range of conditions (excluding oncology).
