Before Your Visit
We want your experience at ArrIVe Infusion Therapy to be as smooth and comfortable as possible. Here’s what you need to know before your appointment:
- Appointment Changes: At ArrIVe Infusion Therapy, we are deeply committed to providing the highest level of care. The availability of appointments is critical to meeting this commitment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Medications are prepared specifically for you for each visit, so advance notice helps us ensure timely care for all of our patients.
During Your Visit
We want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible during your infusion:
- Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose-fitting clothes to allow easy access for your infusion.
- Snacks & Beverages: Feel free to bring your favorite snacks or drinks. We also offer a small selection of complimentary refreshments.
- Staying Warm: If you tend to feel chilly, bring a sweater. We're happy to provide cozy warm blankets.
- Quiet, Calming Rooms: Our infusion rooms are designed to offer a quiet, soothing environment, helping you relax during your visit.
- Bring a Guest: Patients are welcome to bring a friend, family member, or caregiver to accompany them. Our rooms are designed to accommodate a visitor while ensuring your comfort.
- Entertainment Options: Your private infusion room includes a comfortable chair and television. You're welcome to bring your own entertainment, such as a book, laptop, handheld game, or music player.
- Stay Connected: Enjoy our guest Wi-Fi to browse, work, or stay in touch with loved ones.
- Medications: If you take medication during the day, please bring any doses you may need during your visit.
After Your Visit
Your care doesn't end when you leave our center:
- Communication with Your Physician: We'll update your doctor about your treatment response and coordinate your next appointment, if necessary.
- Follow-Up Support: Should you have any questions or concerns after your infusion, our team is just a phone call away.
